- Make sure your legal name, address, and account details are accurate.
- Complete the identity checks requested in your account.
- Use a supported redemption method with matching ownership details.
- Check that you are physically located in a permitted jurisdiction.
Why a request can remain pending
Luck Party processes requests in the order received and says its goal is to handle them as soon as practicable. It does not guarantee one delivery window for every request; the Luck Party Redemption Time guide explains the published timing language. Identity review, mismatched details, payment-method checks, additional anti-fraud review, or missing documents can extend the process.
For a cumulative or single redemption above the threshold stated in the official rules, additional verification may be required.
