Visible SC is not always eligible SC
Some SC can carry a playthrough requirement before becoming eligible under the Luck Party Redemption Guide. The account balance may therefore be higher than the portion currently eligible. Check the wallet and offer terms rather than assuming the two figures are identical.
Location is equally important. Only eligible participants physically located in a jurisdiction listed on the Luck Party Eligible States page can take part in SC promotions and request redemption.
When free SC can expire
Luck Party’s current support article says free Sweeps Coins remain valid for 60 days from the player’s last login. If there is no login activity during that period, unused free SC can expire. Luck Party says it sends a reminder to the registered email address before this happens.
Logging in keeps the activity date current, but it does not make restricted or ineligible SC redeemable. Redemption still depends on the balance, location, account and playthrough rules.
